Just wanted to let you know that I installed my Vista 20P 6150 kit last yesterday. It works great! After spending a half hour or so on the phone with you, I was able to get the system up and running without any problem. This was the first do it yourself project that I ever attempted on my own. You were wonderful! Your patience made the project much less intimidating. I commend Watchdog for the great job they did in making the process so easy. If you are looking for an alarm system, I highly recommend them for their great customer service.

I figured I should send you a note of appreciation since you have really distinguished yourself from all of the other vendors that I've used over the years. As you know, I've been installing alarm and CCTV systems for more than two decades now. When you called me last year to solicit my business, I was admittedly reluctant to purchase from an internet company, (I considered myself "old-school"). Despite my fears, you continued to pursue me and even sent me a Watchdog T-Shirt with a free fob. I decided that if you were willing to spend that much time trying to gain my trust, I'd give you a shot with a small order. Boy, was that a good decision!
By far, you guys have become my most reliable and personable supplier. I don't know if you realize it, but I have purchased more than $130,000.00 in product from you in the last 12 months. Not once have you failed to miss an order and on several occassions when I waited to place my order at the last minute, you picked up the overnight charges at your own cost. For that I thank you.
More importantly, I really appreciate the number of times you personally called me to let me know that you had an overstock of items and sold them to me at significantly cheaper prices allowing me to create a small backstock of my own. The Christmas basket you sent, the weekly phone calls and personal service have demonstrated you to be better than all of my other suppliers, (who usually send me a typewritten Christmas card that has absolutely no meaning).
Although your prices are competive and in most circumstances better than the competition, it is the sincere relationship that you have created, which separates you from the rest. I now consider you and Steve to be my friends and not just another supplier.

I ordered a Vista 10P security system with a 6150rf keypad from Watchdog Superstore to install in my parents home. I installed the system without any problems but had difficulty programming the keypad and imputing the wireless contacts. I called your store for technical help and spoke to "Tim."
Never in my life have I ever had a better experience calling a Tech help line. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. His expertise was comforting in that he made me feel that my problem would soon be corrected. He walked me through my programming dilemma quickly and professionally. I am a new customer who was somewhat apprehensive about switching to your monitoring service. Especially since my old alarm installer wouldn't share the programming code or the key to my panel box.
I can tell you that everyone I dealt with at Watchdog, particuarly Tim Alfaro, has been a pleasure to speak to and they made the process completely painless. I didn't even need them on the line with me when I programmed the key pad according to their simple written instructions.

I needed an alarm system for my home which I had my husband install. I didnt know anything about alarms so I did some price research on line and found the Watchdog website. They had the best prices and claimed that they offered free customer help. So I called and spoke to a guy named JD. He helped me understand what I needed for my home and said he would help my husband with any questions that he had about installing the system. My whole system cost me less than $300.00 and true to his word, JD helped my husband with all of his questions during the installation. He probably talked to him 4 or 5 times. I was very pleased with their professional and personal help. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to put in a do it yourself alarm system.

I initially struggled installing the LYNX KIT even after going with the QuickStart guide. But when you instructed me to use the Voice prompt version of the installation, it became a lot easier! After being vandalized by teenagers in the neighborhood I called Watchdog for advice on a camera system. They asked me questions about my house layout and where I was getting vandalized. They had me fax them a sketch of my house and within 1 hour they helped me pick out the right cameras and DVR. My installer, (my son) told me that I had gotten good advice from Watchdog and that he was impressed with their price for the system. My son is a part time installer and since then he has started buying all of his Alarm and CCTV products and wire from them. We are both very happy with their prices and support!

system arrived yesterday. I installed it yesterday evening and this morning and it's awesome! A few quirks I'm getting worked out but it
is up and running fine. Obviously the old system was worn out and
useless so a full replacement was a good idea.

I wanted to thank you for your encouragement as I considered replacing my 19 year old system, and then the terrific technical support while I completed the change out. The entire process went pretty much as you had explained. The shipping took 4-5 days, the main panel replacement took some time to label sixty seven wires, ( many of which were daisy chained, as they are separate windows within the same room(s), and only about an hour or two to install the new panel. Programming would have been more intimidating, had it not been for your expert advise, and familiarity with the keypads and system. In short, I feel very pleased with my new found understanding of the system, and more so, my independence from my prior service company, which tried to handcuff me to a five year contract at a monitoring fee at least triple that offered though your firm.

You are a programming genius. Thank you for taking the time this morning to set up our wireless Key Fobs.There was no way I would have ever figured that out. I was lucky enough to figure out the reset of the alarm system as it is very difficult to program anything without an Alpha keypad.
