Shipping Policy

FREE UPS Continental US Ground Shipping on All Orders over $150.00

Customers selecting expedited delivery methods should call to make sure the items are in stock.  We cannot guarantee that expedited orders will ship the same day.

All “in stock items” are usually shipped Same Day (*not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm EST, or 3 pm for Expedited orders (Next Business Day Air or 2nd Business Day Air) can usually be shipped the same day.

1st and 2nd DAY CONTINENTAL US DELIVERY

We offer Next Day and Two Day Service (shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday) to home or business addresses (express service not available for PO boxes).

3rd DAY CONTINENTAL US DELIVERY

We offer Third Day Service (shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday) to home or business addresses (express service not available for PO boxes). Note: some oversized products may require additional shipping charges in which you well be notified before shipping. Sorry. We cannot guarantee UPS 3rd Business day shipping. Only UPS Next Business Day and UPS 2nd Business Day.

WATCHDOG SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS BEYOND ITS CONTROL. THIS INCLUDES EXPEDITED SHIPPING ORDERS

WATCHDOG SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE STOLEN OR LOST AFTER THEY ARE DELIVERED BY UPS. IN THE EVENT OF A LOSS, WATCHDOG WILL ASSIST OUR CUSTOMERS SUBMIT A CLAIM WITH UPS FOR RECOVERY OF MERCHANDISE OR MONEY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR SHIPMENT INSURED, YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED AND PAY THE FEE FOR INSURANCE.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

If a product is not “in stock” when you place your order, we reserve the right to delay all or part of the shipment an additional 5 business days. If the item cannot be shipped in that time, we will notify you to obtain directions as to whether you will require the “in stock” items to be shipped separately. If shipped separately, we will cover the ground shipping charges for the “out of stock” item when it is available.

CUSTOMER ERRORS

It is the sole responsibility of our customers to select the correct shipment method to insure delivery on the date they want delivery. UPS has all of the shipment and delivery information for our customers to select the correct method of shipment. Go to www.ups.com for the link.

On occasion, customers inadvertently select expedited shipping as their preferred method of shipment. The customer will be responsible for the expedited shipping charges if their merchandise is delivered by expedited service.

Alaska and Hawaii must call for directions.

Watchdog reserves the right to cancel orders placed with Free Shipping. In the event an Alaska or Hawaii order is cancelled, the customer's credit/debit card will immediately be credited for the entire purchase amount. We apologize to our Alaska and Hawaii customers for this policy. However, our shipping cost to these states makes it impossible for us to offer free shipping.
