Watchdog offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all uninstalled, undamaged and unopened products. Products that have broken seals or damage to the product box do not qualify for a credit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, notify us by phone at 248-200-3730 and let us know you will be returning the product. The return credit will be for the price of the returned merchandise, less all shipping charges we incurred when the product was originally shipped. If the return is for only a portion of the customer's original order and was shipped for free, the credit will also be less the amount the returned product increased our shipping cost based upon the additional weight of the returned product. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges . You must return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date and returned products must be returned, unused, in the original packaging with all packaging materials, including manuals, in perfect condition and subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns must be made by either UPS or Federal Express in order to insure that the return makes it to us. We cannot be responsible for returns made by US mail if no tracking number is issued because we have no way to verify a lost package.
PRE-PROGRAMMED SYSTEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
All Returns on "Free Shipping" Orders, will be subject to a deduction for our original shipping charges.
If we make a shipping error, (such as shipping an incorrect item), we will re-ship the correct item at our expense following our receipt of the item you return. We recognize and apologize for the inconvenience and delay this policy may cause. This policy is necessitated by our experience that many customers fail or refuse to return the original items. We will cover your expense for your return to us. This will be arranged when you contact us to arrange a replacement shipment.
Wire, Geovision Cards, Special orders and products purchased in “bulk at a discount, may not be returned. When returning components purchased in "kits", rather than the entire "kit", Customers are only entitled to 50% of the listed regular component price, (not including special offers). Customer is responsible for shipping charges for any returns.
WATCHDOG'S RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS
Watchdog reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the customer's money. In the event of such a cancellation, Watchdog will send an email and place a telephone call to the customer explaining the reason for the cancellation.
WATCHDOG'S 12 MONTH WARRANTY
Watchdog will warranty all purchased product for 12 months from any defect in materials or workmanship. To obtain Warranty service, please contact us by telephone at 248-680-3647 or by email
orders@watchdogstore.com for further instructions. Prior to shipment of a replacement product, Customer must return the defective product at Customer's expense. Upon receipt by Watchdog of the defective product, Watchdog will ship the replacement part by UPS ground delivery or by US mail at its option. In the event a returned part is not defective, customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to him or her.
In the event customer requires replacment prior to Watchdog having an opportunity to inspect the product for a defect, Customer may purchase a replacement product, and upon Watchdog confirming the defect, Watchdog will issue a refund of the original purchase price less the cost of shipping the advance replacement.
DISCLAIMER
Under no circumstance shall Watchdog Security Superstore, Inc. be liable to Customer for any loss of profits, any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any claims or demands brought against Customer by any other party. Under no circumstance shall Watchdog be held liable for loss or damage that may incurred by the Customer due to Fire, burglary, robbery or other criminal acts of third parties where Watchdog products have been installed by the Customer and or an agent, nor from any damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, purchaser modification or acts of God. The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern all transactions between the Customer and Watchdog and any dispute or litigation between the parties shall take place exclusively in the State of Michigan.
Except for the foregoing, Watchdog Security Superstore, Inc. offers no express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or other damages. This limitation on warranties and damages does not apply whenever such limitations are precluded by law, including consumer protection legislation.
